Plan: 65 minutes spin w/ 1 min hills @ VO2 max, 2 min recovery
Results:  65 minutes spin w/ 1 min hills @ VO2 max, 2 min recovery. The hills were BRUTAL!! trying for gear 17 at 70 RPM's not so successful.

Notes: Weights were super tough, but got it done.
