Week 3 Training: Thursday


This week we continue base build.
Swim 5700
Bike 3:35
Run 2:35 (don't forget the sprint strides!)

Plan: 45 minute steady run with 6x20 sprint strides
Results: 45 minutes w/ 6x 20 sec sprint strides = 51 minutes
Ave HR: 152
Max HR: 166
Zone 1 ( less than 132)
Zone 2 (133-160): 45:11
Zone 3 (161-169): 5
Zone 4 (170-178): 0
Zone 5 (over 179): 0

Plan: Swimming 1900 yards
Results: 1900 yards in 48:53. 6x150's, kicks (TAKE FOREVER), drills. Felt okay.


Notes: Ready to be done with this week and have a recover week. Looking forward to the long weekend but lots of workouts to finish off week 3 still.
