Notes: Felt pretty decent. Left leg a little tight: IT band or neck pulling? Dan killed our ride! We did 2 miles together at the beginning and the I told him to do his own thing.

Notes: SO GLAD to have this swim over. A great way to start the long weekend. Tomorrow? Run only and then fun at a PARTY!
