With only 4 days till the Marathon, I can't BELIEVE I've gotten sick! I've been working with Dr. Sue to beat this stuff and have high hopes of being fully recovered by Sunday Morning. What am I doing? Multi vitamins, ginger tea with cinnamon, herbs prescribed by Dr. Sue. Napping, staying warm, acupuncture and eating healthy.
Oh PLEASE let this be gone by Sunday... I feel too tired to run right now. :(
