Really good fast run this morning and I have no idea why... I've been NOT looking at my pace but trying to listen to my body instead... does that have anything to do with it? Is it the short length of the run? I'm so confused...
WOW!!! Decent heart rate adn excellent time. I've never run under 10 minutes for more than fartleks before. Why so good? How come my heart rate didn't freak out? What's the deal? I'm so confused....
