Weights

I need to start a log of weight lifting... am think here is as good a place as any...

20 min elliptical warm up

Leg Press:
1x 20 @ 90lb
1x 10 @ 160lb
4x 10 @ 180lb

Inclined crunches
6x 25 @ body weight

Inclined Dumbbell press
1x 15 @ 15lb
1x 15 @ 20lb
2x 12 @ 25lb

Bench assisted chin up 4x 10 reps

Kick backs
2x 15 @ 15lb

Hammer Curl
2x 15 @ 10lb
