December 14th: Passing out Presents

Now that Joe and Samantha are old enough, they read and make piles to deliver gifts to the appropriate folks.

Joe, Kenzie and Aunt Beth usually end up on the couch.
Mom in the blue rocking chair
Dad in a chair from the table
Dan and Lisa on the floor along with the two kids.

The kids open first, then the adults, one present at a time so we all finish together.

There IS a methodology to the madness and clean up happens as the gifts are opened. Dan and Dad are the assembly folks... taking apart intricate packaging AND putting together anything requiring assembly (including Lego's!).
